BETTERISE Health Tech ensures that the collection of your Personal Data is relevant, adequate, not excessive and limited to what is strictly necessary for its activities.


We process personal data in the context of the services offered by BETTERISE Health Tech to fulfil the purposes listed below.

- The contact request that you would like to make via the e-mail address: The legal basis of the processing is your consent, since you decide to contact us.

- Sending your unsolicited application via the contact e-mail address via the address: The legal basis of the processing is your consent, since you decide to submit your application to us unsolicited.




BETTERISE Health Tech stores your Personal Data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is processed. It will also be stored for the purpose of meeting a legal retention obligation or if it is of administrative interest for a period determined according to this interest.


- When you contact us via our contact e-mail address, we store your Personal Data for as long as is necessary to process your request.



-When you submit your unsolicited application to BETTERISE Health Tech, your Personal Data is stored for the duration necessary to consider your application. In the event that your application is rejected, your data will be deleted at the end of a period of two years after the rejection decision, unless you object. In the event of your recruitment, your Personal Data is stored for the entire duration of your employment contract.



Your Personal Data is intended solely for BETTERISE Health Tech and is only accessible by our employees who are authorised to manage it, according to the purpose of the collection and within the limits of their respective responsibilities.

As an exception, your Personal Data may be communicated to third parties at BETTERISE Health Tech when we use technical service providers who act on our behalf and according to our instructions (IT subcontractors, hosts of our servers, etc.).

OPPOSITION: i.e. the right to request that BETTERISE Health Tech no longer processes your Personal Data for a reason related to your particular situation, or without reason in the event of commercial prospecting.

NOT TOBE SUBJECT TO AN AUTOMATED INDIVIDUAL DECISION: i.e. the right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects relating to you or that affects you significantly in a similar way.

WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT: i.e. the right to revoke your consent to the processing of your Personal Data by BETTERISE Health Tech at any time.
